If you are one of the few who hasn’t used Skype yet you’re missing out. 
It’s amazingly easy and if your computer has a built in webcam and microphone it’s even easier. Today I talked to my in-laws in Prineville, OR and my sister and brother in-law in Edinburgh, Scotland. There is something about being able to see people faces and expressions that adds a ton to the communication. I’ve even started having Skype appointments with other staff around the region. It’s not possible to have conference video calls yet, but for 1-1 calls it’s awesome.
