Web wanderings last week.

Just a few items of note from the interwebs last week.

  • Social Networking icon Chris Brogan writes about his interactions with Lifechurch.tv. Authentic insight from a new perspective on internet church.
  • Campus Crusade staff member Tim Casteel wrote a great post about being able to communicate better including a short and powerful clip from Seth Godin on why blogging helps. Can’t tell you how much this post resonates with me, especially as we launch partnerships and mobalize volunteers. The ability to communicate what I do is so critical.

Other LTI posts kinda like this one:

  1. Why do I blog? Top 5 reasons.
  2. Why we don’t use web 2.0 tools (comments)
  3. Links of the Week!

Thanks Matt for the kinds words. And thanks for continually finding great links: I checked out that link re: Lifechurch.tv after you tweeted about it the other day. Fascinating stuff.

And I like how every picture I’ve seen of you is a self-portrait (the two most recent from your blog). I think you need to hire a cameraman to travel with you :)

Yeah, watching Chris Brogan interact with Evangelical web presence is intriguing.

I totally need some new pictures.

They’re better than the pictures I don’t have (I cannot find anything for my profile pic). I need to have my wife take one so I can be a legitimate blogger.
